SCALA brand liquid nitrogen biological containers, made of high quality austenitic stainless steel, provide users with automatic, safe and reliable cryogenic storage experience. Equipped with casters and brakes, and wide neck opening for easy store and pick, the containers are ideal equipment for long-term cryogenic storage of high value items such as stem cells, embryos, sperm and biological products. Adopted with high vacuum multi-layer insulation technology and structure, temperature differences do not exceed 10℃, and lowest temperature can reach -190℃, the containers can keep lowest liquid nitrogen consumption rate while maintain maximum storage capacity. The intelligent monitoring system of the containers are compatible to the needs of various scenarios, with auto fill of liquid nitrogen, real-time monitoring of liquid level, high and low point temperature, multi-directional alarm system, etc. The monitoring signal can also be transmitted to the central computer unified monitoring and control so that you can obtain the operation information of the equipment any time.

The bypass is designed to remove hot nitrogen gas before the refill of liquid nitrogen; this avoid temperature fluctuations inside the container, ensure sample in good condition and reduce unnecessary liquid nitrogen loss.
· Intelligent control system with compatible moulding units
Our bio-containers are controlled by intelligent system with flexiable moulding units, users can expand control units to meet special requirements.
· Accurate temperature control
Our products have 3 platinum resistance temperature probes which can test minor temperature change, accuracy of ±1℃; temperature of the top, bottom, liquid level, and operating status can be read via LCD screen.
· Customized alarms for temperature, liquid level, power connection
Users can set specific conditions on alarms on temperature, liquid level, power connection and LN2 refill; messages will display on LCD screen.
· User friendly and other humanized designs
