Scala Delivered 10L/Day Liquid Nitrogen Generator to Project in Mongolia
Recently, Scala finished an LNS10AE liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine) to a Suzhou biological company for Mongolia vaccine research project. The generator has a daily output of over 10L, and the purity of liquid nitrogen tested on site is as high as 99.995%. After acceptance check, the equipment will be shipped to a research center near Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, along with a 50L liquid nitrogen biological container for the preservation of biological samples and scientific experiments on vaccines. This will greatly boost Mongolia's ability to independently develop vaccines, providing a strong guarantee for the country's livestock industry and bioengineering.
Mongolia, a landlocked country between China and Russia, is sparsely populated, with much of its territory covered by grasslands and has limited access to conventional liquid nitrogen supplies. LNS10AE liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine)'s convenient maintenance and repair will greatly alleviate the local shortage of liquid nitrogen supply capacity. After 120 hours of uninterrupted boot test, LNS10AE liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine) all indicators fully meet the requirements of the contract.
In order to assist the buyer in fully understanding the handling of the LNS10AE liquid nitrogen generator (liquid nitrogen machine), Scala arranged a special training course. We demonstrated the start and stop of the machine, the daily operation, the dispensing of liquid nitrogen and the maintenance requirement. The trained personnel of the buyer said that the operation of the machine was very easy, the course was fully understood and expressed their thanks. Both parties completed the acceptance checking of the machine on site.
