1. What is the warranty for LNS series liquid nitrogen generators?
Our standard warranty for LNS series liquid nitrogen generator is 1 Year.
We also offer 2 Years warranty preconditioned the machine is linked to WiFi for our remote monitor and conduct regular maintenance according to our instructions.

2. How do I obtain replacement parts such as the filter element, muffler, etc.?
You can buy maintenance kits directly from us and replace them by yourself.
3 years/16,000 hours beyond the warranty, you may need replace air compressor and water chiller assembly. You can buy the maintenance kits from us as well.
Under proper maintenance and good working condition, the system is expected to work 5-6 years without major failure.
3. Even I get the replacement parts, how can I replace the parts myself?
We made perfact design to simplify after-sales service in overseas markets. All parts of the liquid nitrogen generator are modular units so that you can complete regular maintenance and replace the wearing parts conveniently. You are welcome to reach out to us for support via WhatsApp or email should you encounter any trouble during maintenance.
4. What is the advantage to link the system to WiFi or 4G?
LNS Series liquid nitrogen generator is a complicated system made of air compressing, PSA nitrogen generating, nitrogen liquefying, liquid nitrogen dispensing assembly and a whole set of controlling units. We can monitor the working conditions and give maintenance advice in time,and make trouble-shooting once link the system to WiFi.
